Greensboro, NC – June 1, 2022 – Napkin Inc. has announced the acquisition of Levector, S.A., a company based out of Guayaquil, Ecuador.
The acquisition continues Napkin’s expansion within South America, an important foothold due to the continents’ elite talent, yet below-market pricing. Levector is premier pre-production and post-production house, having completed work for many Fortune 500 companies and other important global brands. A reel of historical work done can be seen below.
With the deal completed, Levector Co-Founder Jeff Karram commented, “We no longer own shares in Levector as we now own shares in Napkin. A group of companies that have far more potential working together to raise everybody’s share price. The business model just makes sense.”
